NOTICE TO CREDITORS, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
All creditors having claims against Frances Ray Thompson, Deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Personal Representative, Myrna Stretch, 112 N. 5th St., Muskogee, OK 74402, on or before the following presentment date: May 16, 2016, or the same will be forever barred.
Further, all persons interested in said estate are hereby notified that on the 2nd day of June, 2016, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., before the Honorable Weldon Stout, in the District Court of Muskogee County, Oklahoma, the Final Accounting, Determination of Heirship, Distribution of the Estate, and Discharge of the Personal Representative, will be
heard and ordered and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the same should not be done. The Final Account and Petition for Distribution will be filed herein on or before the 27th day of May, 2016.
