Request for Proposals
The
Eastern Workforce Board
(EWB) is soliciting proposals for a One Stop Operator of the Oklahoma Works center from qualified neutral individuals and/or organizations to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Workforce Oklahoma Centers in the Eastern Workforce Development Area. The Eastern Workforce Investment Area includes Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Sequoyah, and Wagoner counties.
The
One Stop Operator
will deliver a broad range of federally mandated one-stop workforce services to employers and job seeking customers in the region in accordance with federal, state and local legislation, regulation and guidance.
The contract for the One Stop Operator will begin July 1, 2016. The initial contract will be for a 12 month period ending on June 30, 2017 with an option to renew. The deadline for submitting completed proposals is 2:00 pm, May 6, 2016. All information regarding services to be provided, technical assistance to proposers, and proposal outlines is included in the proposal package.
