You have been sued by Benjamin Joseph Workings and must answer his Petition within forty-one days of first publication of this Notice, or by the 31st day of May, 2016, or Judgment will be taken against you. Benjamin Joseph Workings is requesting a divorce, and that he be allowed to keep all property currently in his possession, free and clear of any right, title and interest you may have, and that you keep all property currently in your possession, free and clear of any right, title and interest that he may have.
