NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE
Notice is hereby given that Portia Graham, Personal Representative of the Estate of Florean Joyce Marie Wright, deceased, has presented for confirmation and filed in this court her Return of Sale of all of the right, title and interest of said Estate in and to the following described property:
Lot 14, Home Acres 2nd Addition to the City of Muskogee, Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma according to the recorded plat thereof.
Said property was sold at private sale to Edward Shawn Ousley and Renette Vann Ousley, husband and wife. Reference is hereby made to said Return of Sale for further particulars.
That a hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 10th day of March, 2016 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. at which time and place any person interest may appear and show cause, if any there be, why such sale should not be confirmed.
