NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Personal Representative of the above captioned estates of Annie Muskrat Rock and Irene Rock Coffman, deceased, having filed in this Court his Final Account and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirs, Distribution and Discharge the hearing of same has been set by the Judge of said Court for the 11 day of Aug., 2016, at 10:00 A.M., in the Court room of said Court in the District Courthouse, Muskogee, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified to then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of said deceased determined and said estate distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.
