TO: Cinda Jean Bolton; the Spouse, if any of Cinda Jean Bolton and each of their respective heirs, administrators, executors, devisees, beneficiaries, trustees, and assigns, if any; GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK f/k/a GE MONEY BANK; and its successors and assigns, if any; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, and its successors and assigns, if any
NOTICE is hereby given that you, the abovenamed Defendants, have been sued by the Plaintiff, Armstrong Bank. The Plaintiff has filed in this Court a Petition. The Petition alleges that they are the owner and entitled to the immediate possession of the following described real estate situated in Muskogee County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4 IN BLOCK
2 IN TUXEDO PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, MUSKOGEE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA
and the Defendants claim some right, title and interest in said real estate, the exact nature being to Plaintiff unknown, and the Plaintiff prays to the Court for judgment forever quieting title of said real estate to the Plaintiff.
NOTICE is further given that you, the abovenamed Defendants, have until the 31st day of March, 2016 within which to answer the Petition, by filing your Answer with this Court and delivering a copy to Plaintiff’s attorney. Should you fail to answer the Petition within the time specified, an Order quieting Plaintiff’s title to the described property will be entered.
