To the heirs, devisees and legatees of Valerie Lynn Smith:
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that on this 1 day of March 2016, an Amended Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, Vera Karpack, alleging the death of Valerie Lynn Smith, age 57, on 3/9/2015, and praying for appointment of herself as Personal Representative, determination decedent died intestate, and for determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees, and that Letters of Administration issue to her.
You are further notified that the Court will hear the Amended Petition on the 19th day of April, 2016, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the District Court of Muskogee County, Oklahoma, at which time all persons interested in said estate may appear and show cause if any they have, why the relief sought should not be granted to the Petitioner. If you do not appear, then the relief requested in the Petition will be granted to the Petitioner, Vera
Karpack.
