Take notice that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Edie F. McJunkins, that Letters of Guardianship for S. R. D. M. and G. L. E. M., minor children be issued to Petitioner. You may appear before this Court on the 7th day of April, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., then and there to show cause, if any you have, why such Letters of Guardianship should not be issued to Petitioner on said children.
Be advised that you have the right (A) to intervene in these proceedings, and (B) to request an additional 20 days from receipt of this notice to prepare for these proceedings or future extensions thereof upon permission of the Court.
Be further advised that failures to object to these proceedings may result in permanent custodial placement with Petitioner.
