Request for Bids on Cooling System/Chiller Replacements For Muskogee Police Department Muskogee, Oklahoma
The
City of Muskogee
is requesting Bids to replace the existing chiller for the Muskogee Police Department, 229 W. Okmulgee. We are replacing a 22 year old 100 ton chiller unit with a new 90 to chiller as follows:
90 ton nominal 208 volt 3 phases Dual power/dual disconnects Dual circuit multi-compressor High efficiency/performance with louvered hail guards Price should include: Removing and disposing of the old chiller and replacing with the new chiller. Removing old water lines and power and reconnecting to the new. Remove and ready to use. A five (5) year warranty plan.
The City wishes to replace the entire unit with a unit better or equal to the original unit in capacity and operating efficiency. Your bids should reflect the price for all
labor and materials necessary to install a complete chiller unit, including all piping and electrical power/controls.
Time is of the essence and will be a factor in proposal selection. Please specify the earliest estimated date that the unit could be installed.
