CV-2016-222 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Ronald Allen Bowden, deceased. The Unknown Successors of Ronald Allen Bowden, deceased GREETINGS: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been sued in the District Court within and for Muskogee County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CV-2016-222 wherein Angela E. McGee, is the Plaintiff, and The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Ronald Allen Bowden, deceased. The Unknown Successors of Ronald Allen Bowden, deceased and The State of Oklahoma, ex rel. The Oklahoma Tax Commission, are the Defendants, and the Plaintiff alleges that she is the owner of and in possession of the following described real property, to-wit: A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of.Section 1, Township 15 North, Range 19 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quar-ter; thence N 00°28’43" E along the West line of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 660.72 feet to the Northwest Cor-ner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence S 89°58’12" E along the North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a dis-tance of 498.71 feet; thence N 00°49’58" E a distance of 121.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00°49’58" E a distance of 206.14 feet to the South right of way line of Cemetery Road; thence S 78°06’34" W a distance of 174.15 feet; thence S 06°59’59" E a distance of 173.58 feet; thence N 89°11’45" E a distance of 146.28 feet to the point of beginning. And you, the said Defendants, are further notified unless you answer said Petition of Plaintiff filed herein against you on or before the 20th day of October, 2016, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true, and a Decree quieting Plaintiffs title to the above described property will be entered against each of you, the said Defendants.
