NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that Jerry Wayne Jackson and Barbara Diane Jackson, will present to the District Court for Muskogee County, Oklahoma, their Application to Vacate
That portion of Wheeler Street between Locust Street and the Neosho Grand River lying between Block 37 and 38 in the Town of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma
and that if you or any of you desire to oppose and resist said Application, you should appear and file your verified answer, at least five days prior to
the date for hearing, showing your grounds for such opposition and resistance. A copy of the answer shall be mailed to the applicant the date the answer is filed. Said hearing will be held in the District Courtroom, District Court of Muskogee County Courthouse on April 18, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable District Judge Stout on the date and year above written, when and where any person interested may contest said petition by filing written opposition there to.
