THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES AND ASSIGNS OF EDWARD R. MELANSON, DECEASED, AND ALL PERSONS WHO MAY BE CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
You and each of you, are hereby notified that the Petitioner named in the caption hereof, has filed a Petition in the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. PB-2016-32 against you, and each of you, et al., alleging that Edward R. Melanson died on October 19, 2000, and that his sole and only heir was Virginia Melanson who, upon his death, became owner of all of his one-half interest in and to the following described real property situated in Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The East 82 feet of the South 5 feet of the North 75 feet of Lot 7 in Block 19 in Martin Miller Reid Addition to the City of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
And that said Petition has by order of the District Judge been set for hearing for the 3rd day of May, 2016, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the District Courthouse in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
You and each of you are further notified to be present for said herein at said date, time and place and show cause if any you have, why said Petition should not be taken as true and the relief therein requested by granted
