THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE DEFENDANTS:
Edman Clark, if he be living, and if not, her unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns.
You and each of you, are hereby notified that the Plaintiffs named in the caption hereof, has filed a Petition in the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV- 2016-55 against you, and each of you, et al., alleging that Billy L.Ford and Tammy S. Ford, and their assignees, if any, are the fee simple owner of the following described real property situated in Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 LESS highway right of way; and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 LESS Highway right of way in Section 32, Township 13 North, Range 19 East of the Indian Meridian, Muskogee County, Oklahoma
LESS and Except the following tract: A tract of land located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 in Section 32, Township 13 North, Range 19 East of the Indian Meridian, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence south 01 degrees 35’ 24” east along the east line of said SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 a distance of 220.18 feet; thence south 88 degrees 26’ 30” west a distance of 1182.41 feet to the easterly right of way line of State Highway #2; thence north 18 degrees 15’ 51” west along said right of way a distance of 229.88 feet; thence north 88 degrees 26’ 30” east a distance of 1248.37 feet to the point of beginning.
That said Defendants, and each of them named herein, claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to said real property involved herein adverse to that of said Plaintiffs, which constitutes a cloud upon the title of said property, as is set forth in the Petition filed herein reference made thereto.
That the Defendants, and each of them, be adjudged to have no right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the real property involved in this cause of action and that they, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to said property. That said Defendants, and each of them, must answer the Petition filed herein by Plaintiff on or before the 3rd day of May, 2016, or said Petition will be taken as true and correct and judgment rendered accordingly decreeing that said Plaintiffs are the owner of the property
described in said Petition, to the exclusion of the Defendants named therein.
