A. Title: DISTRICT SERVICE CENTER
B. Description: The project includes an interior and exterior renovation of an existing church facility into a new district service office for Hilldale Public Schools. The scope of work includes demolition of existing spaces, and renovation of the building’s interior and exterior. The work shall include new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. In addition to the scope of work the project shall include new sidewalk, parking and landscape areas.

1.7 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS
A. Sealed Bids addressed to Owner will be received at Place of Bid until Time of Bid on Bid Date.
B. General Contractors are required to pre-qualify to the approval of the Architect, no later than ten (10) days prior to submission of bids if they have not previously bid on a project for Architect or Owner within the previous twelve (12) months from bid date. Utilize AIA Form A305 - Contractor’s Qualification Statement.
C. General Contract Bidders may obtain a maximum of two (2) sets of Bidding Documents from the Reproduction Vendor.
1. Bidders are responsible for arranging pick-up or shipment of Bidding Documents with the Reproduction Vendor. Shipping cost determined by Reproduction Vendor.
D. Refundable deposit sum of $250 per set.

I. Your Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
