PETITION FOR PROBATE, APPOINTMENT OF CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of FRANK THOMAS, JR., Deceased, that on the 29th day of February, 2016, KENNY ROBERTS and KARYN BETH WILLARD filed in said Court their Petition respectfully requesting the probate of the above estate, asking that Letters Testamentary issue to them as Co-Personal Representatives and that the Court make a determination of the heirship to the estate.
Pursuant to an order of this Court made on the 1st day of March, 2016 notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of March, 2016, at 9:00 o’clock a. m.; the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, County Courthouse, Muskogee, Oklahoma when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
