You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Muskogee County District Court, State of Oklahoma, styled “James D. Prince and Brice Reynolds, Individually, Palintiffs, v. Joshua Craig, Defendant.” The Petition alleges that the Plantiffs and the Defendant were involved in an automobile collision on or about February 21, 2014; that said collision was the direct result of the Defendant’s negligence; that Plaintiffs have incurred medical bills, pain and suffering, and loss of earnings; that Plaintiffs have been damaged in an amount in excess of $75,000.00. The Petition prays for a judgment against the Defendant, Joshua Craig, in an amount in excess of $75,000.00, exclusive of interest, costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs.
You are herby notified that you have been sued in this action and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before March 29, 2016 or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and a
Judgment will be entered against you.
