MAYO, ALBERT E. SMITH, ANDREA L. WILLIAMS AND ANGELA KAY WEBB, ALL IF LIVING,OR IF DECEASED, THEIR KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ASSIGNS, IMMEDIATE AND REMOTE GREETINGS: TAKE NOTICE that you and each of you have been sued in the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered cause by Justin D. Cox, to quiet his title in and to the following described property and premises situated in Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: Lot 16, and the S/2 of Lot 17, Block 62, in the Town of Haskell, Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, being part of and laid out upon the N/2 of the SW/4 of Section 36, Township 16 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, and that you must answer the Petition of said plaintiff in said cause on or before the 7th day of April, 2016, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly, determining that the plaintiff is the owner of the fee simple title to and is in the actual and peaceable possession of the above described property and premises; and a further judgment rendered judicially determining that the defendants herein have no right, title, lien,estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said property and premises, and quieting the title to said real estate in the plaintiff and forever barring you, and each of you or your successors or assigns, from ever asserting any right, title,interest or estate therein.
