GREETINGS:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been sued in the District Court within and for Muskogee County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CV-2016-39, wherein Karen Y. Brown, is the Plaintiff, Virgil Moore, if living or if deceased, The Heirs, Devisees, Trustees, Administrators and Assigns of Virgil Moore, are the Defendants, and the Plaintiff alleges that she is the owner of and in possession of the following described real property, to-wit;
The west half of Lot 13, the west 75 feet of Lot 14 and all of Lot 15 in Block 60 in City of Muskogee, according to the official plat thereof, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.
And you, the said Defendants, are further notified unless you answer said Petition of Plaintiff filed herein against you on or before the 15th day of April, 2016, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true, and a Decree quieting Plaintiff’s title to the above described property will be entered against each of you, the said Defendants.
