Notice is given to all persons interested in the
estate of Raymond Dean Crooks, Deceased, that on the 30th day of March, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., Workers’ Compensation Commission, 440 S. Houston, Suite 212, Tulsa, OK this claim will be heard before the Honorable Tish Sommer; and on said 30th day of March, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., any and all persons alleging to be a beneficiary in the said estate of Raymond Dean Crooks may appear and prove same.
