William Neff; Mattie Neff; J.H. Keaton; Marie Alexandria Nee Girty; Nancy Grayson; Flora Grayson; The Known and Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, Immediate and Remote of Betty Anderson, Fullblood Cherokee Indian Roll No. 186899, Deceased; The Known and Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, Immediate and Remote of Franklin Gritts, Fullblood Cherokee Indian Roll No. 5864, Deceased; alleging that the Plaintiff is the sole and only owner and is in possession of the following described real property, to-wit:
The NW/4 SW/4 and that part of the NW/4 NE/4 SW/4 lying South of Dirty Creek Less the SE/4 NW/4 SW/4 all in Section 36, Township 12 North, Range 20 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Muskogee County, Oklahoma. AND The S/2 SW/4 SE/4 and the NW/4 SW/4 SE/4 and the SW/4 SE/4 SE/4 of Section 35, Township 12 North, Range 20 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.
Said Plaintiff’s Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above described real property, adverse to Plaintiff’s and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 28th day of October, 2016, or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment entered thereon adjudging the Plaintiff to be the owner of the above described real property as stated in Plaintiff’s Petition; in such event, you will be adjudged and decreed to have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property and decree quieting Plaintiff’s title in and to said real property will be entered.
